Reese Schonfeld is a world renown visionary and leader in the media industry.
In 1979 he helped found the Cable News Network (CNN) and served as its
first President and Chief Executive. At CNN he originated and developed
the 24-hour news concept. Schonfeld then worked with Time Warner in planning
the International Business Channel and in 1993 had designed and implemented
the Medical News Network, an interactive TV News Service for Whittle Communications.
In 1992, Schonfeld began developing the TV FOOD NETWORK with The Providence
Journal Company. The Network launched on November 23, 1993 with Schonfeld
as President. In 1995 Schonfeld organized the internet team that launched
FoodTV.com. and was named Vice Chairman of the network. In 1996 he acted
as an advisor to the founders of Auto-by-Tel before it went public. He
continues to consult on projects for cable and television and, in 1999,
founded CAMSAT, a company that has developed new technologies for the
television news industry. In 2001, HarperCollins published Me and Ted
Against the World, The Unauthorized Founding of CNN, Schonfelds
recounting of the creation of CNN.
George Christodoulo represents a variety of individuals, executives, investors,
start-up entities, emerging growth companies, small and middle market
privately-owned entities, professional service organizations and family-owned
businesses in all aspects of corporate law. He serves as a lawyer, counselor
and business advisor to his clients in everyday matters as well as transactional
activities. He was educated at Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
George also received an MBA from Harvard Business School. George possesses
over twenty years of private practice experience. He has lectured nationally
on various corporate law topics and has edited or contributed to various
books and publications on the topics of small and middle market company
mergers and acquisitions, executive terminations and ownership transition
of professional service organizations.
