John Donnelly has over twenty years of experience within the financial
services industry. His expertise lies with his knowledge and use of market
data and databases, and he has extensive experience within the trading,
securities movement and control, accounting, compliance and accounting
functions. Mr. Donnelly has a unique understanding of both the business
and systems side of the process, which has been demonstrated through his
ability to provide logical technical and process side solutions throughout
his career. John has worked at Bank of New York/Mellon, BlackRock Financial Management, Bankers'
Trust, Morgan Stanley, The Boston Company, State Street Bank, and Bank

Mr. Linder is a diversified, well-experienced consultant with over twenty
(20) years in the financial services sector encompassing the areas of
business analysis, financial data modeling, asset reference vendor data
review and recommendations and vendor mapping. He has extensive
experience in all phases of the project life cycle. During his career,
Mr. Linder has acquired an in-depth knowledge of security reference data
systems, including the indicative data, pricing and corporate action
components. He has worked with many of the leading market and financial
data providers during the course of his career. Additionally, he has
extensive knowledge and experience building and customizing portfolio
management and reporting systems. Primarily, he has worked within
Information Technology departments providing business and systems analysis,
as well as acting as a liaison between technologists, users and other
business and systems analysts. He has worked at JP Morgan Chase, Bankers
Trust, Kidder Peabody, Merrill Lynch and Keane, Inc. Mr. Linder received
his bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Management
Systems and a concentration in Finance from University of Connecticut at
Storrs .
